What we collect

When you purchase the Monthly Report Pack, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email address, and payment details to process the transaction. We receive your name and email from Stripe to deliver your download link. We do not see or store your card details.

Your financial data

The Monthly Report Pack runs entirely in your browser. Your financial data — transactions, balances, GL mappings, aged receivables, aged payables — is processed locally on your machine and stored in your browser's local storage. No financial data is sent to our servers or any third party. We never have access to your financial data.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process as part of fraud prevention.

How we use your email

We use your email address only to deliver your purchase and to respond if you contact us. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

Data retention

We retain your name and email as a record of purchase. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
